Quel public souhaitez-vous former ?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le public cible influence toute l\u2019organisation de la formation : dur\u00e9e, niveau d\u2019entr\u00e9e, m\u00e9thodes p\u00e9dagogiques, rythme, supports, modalit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Former des salari\u00e9s en entreprise, des demandeurs d\u2019emploi, des ind\u00e9pendants, des managers ou des publics en reconversion ne demande pas la m\u00eame approche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut donc clarifier d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00e0 qui s\u2019adresse la formation ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quels sont les pr\u00e9requis ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quelles difficult\u00e9s le public peut rencontrer ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quelles adaptations peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette \u00e9tape permet de construire une offre plus juste et plus professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-15-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fac24d2b97f4ce9120e9e5023260b570\"><strong>3. Votre programme est-il suffisamment structur\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un programme de formation doit pr\u00e9senter clairement les objectifs, les contenus, la dur\u00e9e, les modalit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques, les moyens utilis\u00e9s et les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il doit permettre au client de comprendre ce qu\u2019il ach\u00e8te, et au b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de savoir ce qu\u2019il va apprendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un programme bien construit r\u00e9pond \u00e0 trois questions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qu\u2019est-ce que la personne saura faire \u00e0 la fin ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment va-t-elle apprendre ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment v\u00e9rifiera-t-on les acquis ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette structuration est essentielle pour professionnaliser l\u2019offre et s\u00e9curiser la relation avec le client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-15-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cb72749a401a6cd4549b6a5556f9d5d9\"><strong>4. Quel cadre administratif devez-vous anticiper ?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un organisme de formation doit respecter certaines obligations. En France, tout formateur ou organisme de formation professionnelle doit notamment d\u00e9poser une d\u00e9claration d\u2019activit\u00e9 dans les trois mois suivant le d\u00e9but de son activit\u00e9, apr\u00e8s signature d\u2019une premi\u00e8re convention ou d\u2019un premier contrat de formation. Il doit \u00e9galement transmettre chaque ann\u00e9e un bilan p\u00e9dagogique et financier pour conserver la validit\u00e9 de sa d\u00e9claration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est donc important d\u2019anticiper :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les conventions ou contrats de formation ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les programmes ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les feuilles d\u2019\u00e9margement ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les \u00e9valuations ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les attestations de fin de formation ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le suivi administratif et financier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cr\u00e9er un organisme de formation suppose donc de penser \u00e0 la fois p\u00e9dagogie, organisation et tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-15-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-49f96180a81ad51dad23e371cc38a9d1\"><strong>5. Avez-vous besoin de Qualiopi ?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La certification Qualiopi devient un sujet important si l\u2019organisme souhaite acc\u00e9der \u00e0 certains financements publics ou mutualis\u00e9s. Depuis le 1er janvier 2022, les organismes de formation doivent \u00eatre certifi\u00e9s Qualiopi pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de fonds de financeurs publics ou mutualis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela ne signifie pas qu\u2019il faut commencer par cr\u00e9er une organisation lourde. Mais il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de construire d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part des outils simples et coh\u00e9rents : analyse du besoin, suivi des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, \u00e9valuation des acquis, veille, traitement des r\u00e9clamations et am\u00e9lioration continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une d\u00e9marche qualit\u00e9 bien pens\u00e9e permet de gagner du temps par la suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-15-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-580db35649603711e2886c0aaca33e26\"><strong>6.
