Au maximum de 24 heures, il se r\u00e9partit sur plusieurs semaines. Le bilan comprend 3 phases sous la conduite du prestataire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><font color=\"#F0A00C\">D\u00e9roulement du bilan de comp\u00e9tences<\/font><\/strong> : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 \u00e0 6 s\u00e9ances individuelles de 2H \u00e0 3H chacune<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une d\u00e9marche personnelle de travail et de r\u00e9flexion entre les s\u00e9ances (tests, documents remis par la consultante, enqu\u00eates m\u00e9tiers, interviews, recherche d\u2019informations,\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une s\u00e9ance de restitution avec remise d\u2019une synth\u00e8se<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les s\u00e9ances sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur une p\u00e9riode entre 2 et 3 mois et alterne des temps d\u2019entretiens avec le consultant et des temps de d\u00e9marches personnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bilan s\u00e9nior peut se r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 distance.
